merc outdrives 28' Sundancer

I am looking at a 2002 28' Sundancer with twin Alpha drives. Does anyone have any feedback on the Alpha drive performance or maintenance issues? Or any other issues with this boat?

I would appreciate hearing about the good, the bad & the ugly to avoid any unwanted surprises later on.

I have add Alpha's for long time. No problems at all. Always did my routine maintenace. Water pumps are located in the lower units.

One thing I did on routine basis was to have my Alpha's pressure checked.
