What do you guys know about the fitting that goes through the transom that takes the water from the hose attached to the lower end and goes through the transom/outdrive? To be clear im talking about the pipe that in the boat you have the hose hooked up to it that goes to the power steering cooler then on to the RWC pump.
We think it may be leaking around this. I visually see a 2 bolt ring around it that looks like some kind of packing. Ive sifted through every exploded view I can find and can't see how its made.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks
Steve

The tube is held in place by a rubber bushing that is compressed by the 2 mounting bolts for the flange
5/8 tube #28055
