mercury 200 starting to overheat in the last few months. Will cool down quickly after plaining out and about 3000+ rpm. Slow down=engine temp climbes until overheat alarm goes off. Checked water pump, water is coming out of tell-tale. Changed thermostats, still runs hot. I am stumped.....
