Switching over to electronic ignition is a really smart move! You'll find you can get spark to the plugs even if things are not optimal under the engine hatch.

Don't know for sure yet. Being a holiday makes it kinda bad. We might be in the mountains. I should know in a day or two.
 
About the only snow is the machine stuff at the ski resorts. It has been just a dry in the mountains as in the valley!!!
