Anyone know anything about the holding tank I have in my project boat?

Marked "Humphrey Marine Sewage Systems, Inc."
- Has a sending unit (electrical? pump?)
- Has a "D-2 INLET" (approx. 2")
- Has a "D-2 DRAIN" (approx. 2" - plugged)
and 3 more connections on the right side
- approx. 2" Hose to pump out
- approx. 2" mystery hose
- probable electrical connection
On the helm, I have a 3 position electrical switch that I believe goes to this unit. In my bathroom, I have a 'Y valve' (diverts to tank or overboard I would think).
Also - any suggestions on a new Y valve that would be compliant to the new regs? (lockable in the 'to the tank position' is correct I believe).
I don't see a mascerator (sp) anywhere, but the boat DID have an electric head until I changed it back to manual.
