need help troubleshooting norcold fridge

I have a de351d fridge, that has stopped working. The green light goes on, but it does not get cold. I hear the compesser going, and it is hot. How do I troubleshoot? are there any guides

Norcold is owned by the Thetford corp., which also bought out Wilcox-Crittenden. Here's their phone number (800) 543-1219. Give 'em a call and get an Owner's Manual mailed out to you. The fridges are too complicated to discuss in any real detail on a Forum like this.
 
If the compressor is running and is hot, most likely there is a refrigerant leak.

I took fridge home, and plugged it in a/c and it is getting cold. I then plugged in 12v and it is cold as well?? not sure what is going on, I am off to the boat to check volages on ac/dc
any one with ideas?

A valve stuck and moving it or turning it off unstuck the valve.

A co-worker had a phrase "cleared while testing" for when the problem went away by itself.
