Thanks for all the prior input-the Admiral and I are hopefully closing on a Vero riverfront canal with beach access across the street. Top floor and a grand view BUT no dockage at the great 400' of wasted bulkhead. Ah well, we'll have to find a good spot for a boat later on. Margaritas on the aft deck for any passing ROs.
