When are you getting the new canvas Judy? (JUST KIDDING!!!!) ;)

Looks great!!, but you should have spent a few more bucks and got the back piece also. :)

I saw instructions on it that said "rub till full size"

That or she missed the tag that said cold water wash only!

No pun intended right...

Judy, bring a mop when you come down. It would have been really good if he put your entire back piece up

Good news Judy, it got wet and grew....Oh, still bring the mop!

Well, have not been on BE all day, but so nice to see you boys are having so much fun and thank God for working bilge pumps if the back was off when the skys opened up today! It does look really nice don't you think? Monica was on it while it was raining and said a few zippers were leaking..on my old canvas the zippers were pretty much the only part of the canvas that didn't leak, so John will need to check that. Did not have a lot of time to check it out because of the weather but it appears to fit perfectly. Saturday I will clean & dry the bilge, clean the cockpit, put the rugs back down, put all my stuff back in & FINALLY our season will start!!! Ha La Freaking Loo Ya!!!

Looks terrific Judy! Get an old candle and run it along those zippers a few times and I'll bet they'll be fine. Are the additional bimini supports for the camper canvas section as good a quality as the OEM Chaparral supports? And did Patino fabricate them as well?

John, yes Patino had to do a good deal of fabricating and they are every bit a solid as OEM, actually I'm kind of amazed at just how good of quality it is. It is rock solid. I spent a few hours there today & I really have to say I cannot imagine anyone at any price being able to do a better job than this but I'll bet many would have screwed it up. It is pretty much perfect, it could not possibly be a better fit & all materials are top quality. I have NEVER been able to close every snap on this boat, now I can. I know John gets a bad rap sometimes and I'm not sure what that is really based on but I will say his quality of work on this job is outstanding, and this was not a simple canvas replacement it was a complete redesign, if there is anyone out there who is looking for canvas work big or small I would highly recommend you call Patino Canvas and talk with John.

We were at Haverstraw all weekend - only had the big boat. Some storm on Friday nite! Glad you got her covered up.

Also, get those "socks" or cheap foam pipe insulation tubes for the stainless support bars...or the stainless will melt through the clear plastic

Your right. The last thing I need is for all that expensive Stratoglass to get damaged. I have some of those pole covers but need more, I'll get some soon for sure!!

Helen, not at Haverstraw, switched to Pennybridge this year. B dock. Come visit..if you dare.
