April 19th is the famous Opening Day on the Delta Boat Parade at Bethel Island. Always a fun event for the entire family! The San Joaquin Yacht Club sponsors this annual event which is open to the public. No charge. The clubhouse will be open to the public from 9AM to 6:30PM.
There will be courtesy Coast Guard Auxiliary Vessel Exams starting at 9AM at the docks. Decals will be issued to all boats which pass the inspection. The most common reason for failing is not having the boat's registration papers on board, so be sure to bring them along!
