Craig, it's Sherwin-Williams quick-dry synthetic enamel, gloss white #F77-W8. However, you'd likely have to buy a gallon can of it.
Your best bet would be to get a spray can of gloss white refrigerator enamel from Home Depot or Lowe's and paint the whole motor/base unit with that. It'll work just as well, and won't turn yellow as quickly.
Be sure to mask off the label that has the model number, serial number, voltage, amperage, etc. - don't paint over it!
