I was cleaning my exhaust manifolds and quite a bit of sand and small shell pieces came out of the water jackets. I imagine then that there is also quite a lot of junk in the engines themselves(RWC). What would you recommend to be the best way to flush the engine blocks and heads short of dismantling them?
