Pump Impeller - Raritan Crown

We are having a problem with one of the heads on our boat. When flushing, the raw water doesn't start coming into the bowl for a few seconds. This is an intermittent problem and we're suspecting the pump impeller is defective. We found the part number (G13) and would like to know if it is recommended that we also change all gaskets, etc. when we change the impeller and is there a kit that can be purchased. Part # G13W is the intake impeller kit, with two Teflon washers to reduce the drag on the impeller, and pump cover gasket.
