I fear flood control will the "excuse" for harnessing more water to ship to farmers and southern California. Then drought years will come [th] and we will not have enough water in the delta, but exports will continue and our delta will be in critical condition! Please don't get caught up in the "flood control" hype! Levee improvements are good; water diversion is not.
