replacing cockpit upholstry

It's time to address the cockpit upholstry. The material has a worn look and also black spots in some areas. I've used 3-M products for years but the seats don't come clean any more. I'm looking to save the middle material because for some reason it still looks good, the rest of the seat material looks faded and mildewed. Who's good locally for upholstry work? The boat is a 2000 270 Sundancer. Thanks!

The 2 places I've used over the years are ....Vinylworks 631-567-3426 ask for Dennis.....the other place is True Blue in the AYC 631-956-3404

Thanks, Don. Any advice as to what to ask for, meaning types of vinyl or other materials? This is a new area for me, I've never kept a boat long enough to have to deal with upholstry work.
