Greetings: Answering my own question. I had a survey of a 87 391 Chris on Oct 3rd undertaken by Richard Spencer. Not only did he do a great, and professional job but had a pleasing personality and manner which made the process very easy. He appeared on time and had all the tools necessary to conduct both in water, on the hard and sea trial. I would recommend him to anyone who requires a survey in the upper NY area. Regards Bill.
