I'm in the process of specifying the electronics on a new boat, and was considering satellite TV. My electronics guy tells me that it would cost $5K to implement. I wouldn't mind SAT tv on the boat, but not for $5K. I know about OTA tv, but is there no alternative? I see sat tv on boats all the time, I had no idea people paid that much for it...
