Sea Tow Automated Radio Check

Sea Tow's web site said last summer that the automated radio check was active in Sea Tow Central Hudson's area on ch 24. You don't have to be a member.I was never able to get it. Was anyone else able to? In Key Largo FL where I am now it works on ch 27. You get a short safe boating messege then your voice played back to you. I'm going to be in Naples over Xmas and I will try it up there. It is neat and you're not tying up ch 16 or ch 9.
