Sealand Rep replacing all the hoses!

Well, I have finally broke down and called the sealand dealer near my home. He said it's about $1300 to completely replace all the sanitation lines and rid the boat of the awful odors from permeation of hoses. I like that idea.. alot.
Does $1300 sound steep though? He said it takes 2 guys for 5 hours. Not sure.. just want to make the right choice. He said.. he's like a blood hound and sanitation odors are their speciality.
Anyone ever do this before?
