Shower Sump Cleaner

We have a build up of gunk on the float switches and the sides of the shower sumps and we are looking for something we could pour down the drain in the shower after use to help keep the sumps clean. Obviously we can't use anything that will attack the wiring on the float switch. Anybody have any ideas? I'm sure there's a Raritan product that will work but, alas, which one.
