To give everyone a heads up at the end of last year they narrowed sloop channel between the temp bridge and zachs bay. They cut the channel in half. Well yesterday was the first day I saw people anchored in the channel Not off to one side but IN THE CHANNEL which is now only 30' wide. Not fishing just hanging out... with the wind direction the boats were swinging completely across the now narrow channel. Boats heading in both directions had to take action when the anchored vessels would swing from what was 15 ' away to completley passed them...
Its going to be a rough go when that channel gets some traffic and the fish guys call there turf....
