Looking for local knowlege of this area as far as living, beaching & boating. A friend (and maybe myself)is looking to relocate possibly to this area. She's looking for housing less than 300K & needs to be within 30 mins from a beach and/or nightclubs or bars. I just need to be near marinas. Boating is inshore fishing & cruising.
