Speed Zones

I believe it is arbitrary! If a LEO and there are many different uniforms along the ICW has a hard on, he can and will break your shoes.. I have watched with fascination by the entrance on the inside at the Hillsboro Inlet Bridge,North-South boat traffic ..You will find at least 3 different uniforms adjudicating the law as they see it.
Don't ever ask about jurisdiction as one fellow did or complain about no control running dead slow, watched him and his boat being towed away. (I don't know if he committed any other offense)
Most if not all LEO on the water are good honest caring persons BUT when you allow other branches of the law to hang out,then it becomes problematic for boaters. No I was never stopped nor sited,It is just my observations while underway through that area many times, since you have asked.
