You looking to buy the marina? I doubt Wayne will talk to anyone except potential buyers.

But you are correct that Wayne is still the primary owner.

You heard wrong I spoke with him yesterday. I had heard the same rumor/story but clearly it's not entirely true of at least accurate.

He has been hard at work making improvements and doing a good job. I have no complaints in this department.

Ed I will be at the marina sometime today so if there is something I can do for you let me know, hope to see you soon at the dock.
 
Hey all, thanks for the responses. Everything is fine at my end and the boat should be in the water this week.

Don't want to air dirty laundry here but there is "laundry."
