Just passing along to fellow Carver owners that if you want to upgrade your sanitation hose from the thin sidewall VAC type hose to the thicker Trident 101 or 102 it can be done. The holes from the factory are cut large enough to accept the larger hose. The silicone that they used to seal the gap from hose to cutout can be quite difficult to remove but there is no need to enlarge any cutouts with the exception of where the hose enters the head compartment; these holes were cut to accept a tight fit with the thinner walled hose. My boat is a 1992 3608 so anything close to that vintage should be good to go.

it will also fit in the 3607's too, it does cost more but it's worth it. on the 3607 you'll find that the aft head hook up is a real bit** !

I will also advise that a 50 foot roll of 1 1/2 inch hose and 15 feet of 5/8 VAC for the vent hoses was adequate for my application.
