Sugar Barge Outdoor Bar and Grill

When I took our motorhome back to the Sugar Barge where we store it last week, I asked one of the workers about the status of the "restaurant". He told me that the current plans for the "upperdeck" will be that it will open up the first weekend of May and if all goes well, will stay open through Labor Day w/e.

He also said that they will probably only be open on Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's and that they should have live music on Saturday's.

If they report anything different in the newsletter that they send us, I'll update this thread as needed.

It appears that the Lighthouse (Joe's Sports Bar) will be opening around the first of May by a couple that keeps their boat at Willowberm. I hope they make a go of it. Sure is convenient having a restaurant in walking distance from the boat.
