There is no easy button, if thats what you mean. Hose is $17 about 3 hours labor.
Remove drive
Remove exaust clamp from gimbal
Remove hinge pins
Remove clamp/ty-wrap from shift cable lube shift cable casing
Loosen top clamp on bellow , use a dull flat screwdriver to loosen the bellow from inside going around the gimbal bearing , pull bellow rearward
loosen clamps and Cut old hose away
Attach to ginbal first keeping orientation , then to water tube, a can of Power-Tune works well here for installomng the hose
Clean old glue/residue off transom housing and bellow.
Bellows adhesive or 3M Weatherstrip applied to bellow
Push bellow untill seated, tighten clamp
Install hinde pins
Install exaust bellow
Install drive
