Greg is in Cleveland. I think his compamy is call Great Lakes Group

I checked the cleveland yellow pagesa nd didn't see Greg Group. Kevin Bache is in Sandusky and he does a very good job.
Google finds Greg in "Great Lakes Marine Surveys Inc.", out of Mentor. He'll work in the Sandusky/Huron area as well. In fact, a friend of a friend of mine flew him to Wisconsin to survey a 44 footer. The guy bought the boat and said the survey was the best money he's ever spent.
I don't know of Kevin Bache, I don't think, but my neighbor had a local surveyor do his big, old diesel aft-cabin, and I thought the results were very professional. I know the boat quite well, and this guy had a reasonable and complete list of items. Could've been Bache, I don't remember, but I could check this wkd if that would help.

Greg did a survey for me on a Tiara 3600 a little over a year ago.
Did a very thorough job and explained every step and the results.
My broker turned pale when I told him who would be doing the survey and he also said buyers love him and sellers hate him
