Craig,
Just a note to follow up. We've been living aboard our 50' Chris Craft Constellation we purchased in June 07 and brought up from Florida. Living aboard since October 07. Got a work assignment in Inner Harbor area and brought boat down then. Now at Weavers Marina on Back River (rural, only 9 miles from inner harbor!)
I am reminded the only thing that works on an old boat is the owner - how true. Many updates, fixes and maintence issues to regularly deal with. As I have no vacation time this year, didn't really cruise much, but since selling our Uniflite last month looking forward to much more next spring.

As I recall. you had a asssignment in Baltimore during the winter with your old boat, right?
I hope to see the boat when you are back on the Sass.

The consulting assignment ended last week and I'm in a holding pattern now... If an assignment opens up in that area, I want to go back to the Sassafras... we'll see.
Starting to settle in for the winter here... I'd like to think we'll have another "easy" winter like last year,but I'm not anticipating it with the early cold we're having now...
