Hello,

Looking for inexpensive ideas. I Wont take a Bow rider over the water (like some who will remain nameless) and I doubt I can get my rig including trailer on the ferry. Can you even say inexpensive and New England in the same sentence? If so is their a commercial transport Company that would do this? Boat is a 20 ft bowrider single axle trailer.

They take tractor trailers. Have it put on a lowboy and transported or get Bob to drive it over.

Thanks. I just made an assumption that the steamship authority didn't accept trailers. Now I will call first thing tomorrow to see if I can get a berth or reservation on the ferry for the week I am visiting. In concentrating on my first hurdle of getting the bow rider over, I sort of forgot about parking my rig at the rental house. Need to check on that too. Thanks again for the info much appreciated.

If you pick the weather, and unless you need the trailer over there just run it across! MV really isn't far from the mainland...

If your not comfortable as King said just get Bob he would be happy to do it. All it would cost is putting in a good word to Les on his behave and I'm sure he would come running.
