We realize it is still empty pockets with a judgement, but if he willing to admit to one,,I took it. Saves going through the 50K you spend to go back to court,and also allows us now to investigate their holdings,which may also be a dissappointment. Anyhow, I will stop my search for a Tony Soprano, and get on with winter.
 
Congrats Dusty! Finally something coming down the pipe! I was listed with them once, asked for a referral from BE and settled with my present broker. Believe me, I bad mouth them whenever possible. If Martin's original owner (can't remember his name right now but the Holiday Mansion guy) could see what his business has become, he'd be pi**ed!
Keep on getting it! Don't accept any slack! Go for the jugular!
