Is this a worthwhile place to see? Next time I'm in the area I thought about stopping in but don't want to waste my time if its not worth a trip. Any of you Jersey guys have any opinions?

I went there last summer. I would say if you have kids, it is worth the stop. However, don't bother with the on site restaurant. Walk over to the Stewart's root beer next door for lunch.

We have visited the seaport a while back. I would say it is worthwhile when they have special events going on. I am not sure how it is when nothing special is going on. There were lots of good displays for the kids when we were there.
There is a good restaurant,Scojoes, on adjoing property that we have eaten at and were very happy.

Baymens seafood festival this weekend and the Red wine and blues festival next weekend!
