I went up to the marina yesterday, all the boats are still out of the water and the river is still there, full of water.

Funny...I was up at Haverstraw yesterday in the early afternoon. Tide was as low as I've ever seen it. You could see the all the submerged barges in BaMar and even the obstruction just outside of their docks. Didn't see any activity at the restaurant, but it was Saturday. Looks like they are working on the foundation and all the "plumbing." I have my doubts that it will be open by May. I'm almost willing to bet that we won't even see it during the season.

John, I saw that same thing at Ba Mar.

Went down to my marina, and all the boats are still floating waiting for a warm day.

Yes, the creek has melted. I was down at the marina today and there is still snow on the ground with quite a bit of ice.
BUT, I have the inverter roughed in, and new AGMs to supply it. All I need now is some 4/0 cable, a 350 amp continuous switch, a 350 amp fuse and some AC components. I even found some afromosia veneer.
I found Blue Sea products that look pretty good.

And here I am putting up tile in the master bathroom...DAMmmm Slave driver....

Yesterday was sure a day to get your mind thinking of the boat. However I did NOT go near the boat due to the fact that if I did then I would have had to cut some shrink wrap to check her out. It was tough but stayed away.

Anyone know any good detailers that can compound the hull. It needs to be done with a wheel to remove some oxidation.

Rob;

Speak with George, (Mannmade), right here on HRCC, he may be able to help you out.

I was thinking of you last night. I remember speaking with you on green dock late last August. At that time you predicted that my Patriots would go undefeated. WHAT HAPPENED!!

I thought they would. I hate them but I thought they would. I know on thing is for sure, The JETS will never make it to the big game.

Pete he was probably only thinking about the regular season, where things are regular. This was the off season where things are off regular.

Butch I feel your pain. I finished up a pretty good sized job last winter. Porcelain also. That stuff must be pushed through a cutter. Not only that it's on a 45 degree angle and offset a half tile so there were ALOT of cuts.

Rob, for your edification, the JETS have NEVER lost a Super Bowl game! Unlike the Cheatriots, the JETS are undefeated in the Super Bowl.

Mike;

You got to get back to boating soon. All of this negative energy you have bottled up inside is going to be your downfall. You got to let it go.

And if I remember correctly Don Zimmer started the whole thing by throwing the first punch.

Yes. I know the history of the JETS very well. They collect ~$1,100 a year from me for a seat to watch that losing product on the field. Maybe when Joe Willie moves on we will have a shot.
