http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w_v3ibguhQA After all of the trials and tribulations with this boat this season I finally had a trip that really showed me what boating is all about.

In total I had 8 passengers (4 couples). We left Jack London Square Marina at noon. We boated to McCovey Cove just before the Giants Padres game and saw a few boats anchored there.
We cruised by the San Francisco Water front and then cut across past Alcatraz towards Tiburon. We exprienced some chop going past Alcatraz but I just slowed it down to 3000 rpms and my passengers were fine.

We had a great lunch at Sams Anchor, good food and lots of laughs and boated back. Raccoon straight was smooth, more chop around Alcatraz and relatively smooth once under the bay bridge. I'm DEFINITELY switching Jack London Square marina. I just love the location.

So glad you had a successful fun trip! A good day on the boat with good friends can't be beat. Enjoy the rest of the summer.
