I have dark blue hull sides that are covered with water spots and one side has faded pretty badly. I used Wizard's Turbo Cut on the shaded side of the boat and it came up great. No such luck on the side that was exposed to the sun. I wet sanded a small area with 400 grit paper and after some hard work it came up pretty good. How harmful is wet sanding to the gelcoat and what is the coarsest paper I can use?
