I read you post about the mildew in the boat, next time try leaving a decent sized fan running to keep the air moving, that and those mildew bags.
 
Jonathan the bit about leaving a bottle of bleach open in the sink with the dehumidifier near by really paid dividends. We had a fan in the vberth, one in the aft, and one to push the aft up to the dehumidifier. We should have left one on the bridge as well!
