Those are 2 horrendous words!
But if you need winter storage in AYC for the winter, I know of 2 boats selling their storage rights. Let me know if interested.
 
East Shore which offers winter storage gets $23.50 a foot plus the cost of the haul out which is $18.95 if a marina customer.
So they are just selling the rights to use their winter storage saving you the $23.50 a foot since it's included with their slip.
The $18.95 for haul out and spring launch you still need to pay to East Shore. You would just tell them my friend's slip # and your good. Each Slip is allowed one storage boat.

I am not here to negotiate on anyone's behalf. If your interested, I will put you in contact with one of the slips I know is not using their storage.
