1989 Carver 3067 swim platform removal

I've come to see that the swim platform/fender stow design is fatally flawed. My platform is de-laminated badly. I want to remover it this fall but i can't tell how it is attached. Any help?

Can't confirm your 3067 Santego, but my 3467 Santego has bolts through the transom to the swim platform. I can acesss my bolts from the engine room and through the access area from the trunk. My bolt-on platform looks different from yours-my fender storage area has a trap door on the back for decent access to the innards. Good luck-I hope to never have to do what you are attempting.
