1990 310 Sundancer Cabin Door

So as my wonderful searay is aging shes starting to have some issues.

I need a whole new track for the top part of the cabin door. The part that slides back towards the windshield. I have looked all over and cant find anything from that vintage. Track and hardware would be awesome but at this point ill settle for what I can get.

Ive tried that flounder pounder site (not sure what exactly its called.

Any help would be awesome!

Yeah, I was thinking that but I really like this year and model. Its got a real nice wide beam for a 31..
 
Your right........I had a 1990 310DA.....and I think it had more room then my 1995 370DA that I have now.........go figure !
 
There's a plastic fabrication place in Bayport. I forget their name but they do excellent work. they're on the south side of Montauk Highway East of Broadway. Sorry I can't remember their name or phone number. Good luck.

I appreciate the help. The door is wood and plexi on this year. They didnt change to plastic doors and compenents till 91 or 92. Its the same door thats on the 86-89 300 Sundancers..
 
I love my 11 foot(WIDE) boat! I have the same tracks and I think they are available through McMaster-Carr? I know many of the other parts are available from them and the metal piece the the top half slides through is nothing special. It's just a square tube with a cut and could be easily manufactured from a square tube.
 
Matt.......If you need any fabrication work done.....this guy does GREAT work.....and he's a local boater too.

If you can bring him your old doors......he will rebuild them.....replace the wood with ( any color ) starboard material......
