2009 270 Sundancer

I am seriously considering a leftover 09 at a local dealer. He has had the boat on his lot for a long time and seems very motivated to sell. I have looked at a lot of boats and this one seems to fit me the best.

I noticed that some of the trim laminate is peeling. The dealer, as is his job, played it down. Is this a common problem, a bad omen of things to come or a non issue?
