"The hull is very solid showing only minimal wear and scratches. Will buff to a nice shine."

The pictures don't lie it needs work the big question is how much are you willing to dump into it. I know someone with the same boat and it was it great shape when he traded up this is not that boat. I guess if you are looking for a project this would be a candidate I don't know that you will get the money out of it when you complete and try to sell it, but if you plan to keep and enjoy then it may be worth a look.

It was previously posted on ebay. I won the auction for $2800. The repo company told me that I had until 11/29 to pay them or they would repost it. Obviously they have already reposted it. They told me if I decide I want it, they will take it down. My goal would be to put some hard work and a few dollars into it and then sell it. If it is mechanically sound and just needs canvas and some other cosmetics to be presentable (not perfect), it might be worth my time.

The hull damage looks like ocean bottom damage and the interior looks like the boat has been sunk. I'd not walk away... RUN!!!!

I live in cornwall. The pictures look like it is in the Newburgh auction parking lot. Maybe it was moved to Cornwall. If you get me an address I can take a closer look for you.

Looks as if has been sold again in an auction that ended today, with a winning bid of $3,050.
