All the 4th is less then 2 weeks away:)
I am planing on hanging out on the hook in Annapolis has anyone gone before on the 4th? if I get there around 12:30-1:00 PM will I be able to find a spot? also how late should I plan to stay inorder to avoid the crazy rush to head home after the show (have run at night allot before but not in the bay much) thanks for the info.
also does anyone have a copy of the charts for Annapolis showing where you can not go on the 4th?

thanks

I think you'll be too late to get a hook. We went last year and ended up anchoring way up, on the other side of the bridge. There are lots of hooks that are "reserved" or "private". They are marked and can't be used. I would stay the night. I wouldn't join the mad rush after the fireworks.

I am not trying to get a mooring only a spot to drop anchor. I would be there on Wed on a mooring but the wife wont stay on the boat over night she calls it a camper on water (she wants to upgrade to a 41') [8D]
