The Admiral has expressed an interest in a 1992 (or '94?) Express Bridge 440 with Cat 3116s showing 500 hours. I spoke with a very candid local owner of a newer model - maybe '98. He also has 3116s (or was it 3126s?) He had two "knocks" on his boat. He wishes he had a blow by test before buying as he had a total failure of one engine. That surprise cost $18,000. His other problem was that to do a relatively minor repair to a Bennett trim tab required a disassembly of the cockpit.
