It's going to be a great weekend. High of 88 and low in the mid 60's. It looks like it's time to go out on the hook...

The AC is working great, thanks Tony, Mike and Jim. It's nice when a plan comes together.

Ok, time to get the beer and wine on ice.

High 80's here this weekend. [:-bonc01]
You all have a safe weekend. [:-captain]

I'm looking forward to a great weekend. It starts off today being my Birthday. Unfortunately I have a party Saturday that will kill the day but Sunday being fathers day we will continue the tradition of taking the in-laws to Torches for an early dinner. I hope there are no storms on Sunday. I wish all of you a great time this weekend, see you on the water.

Happy Birthday Dave!

Is Torches kids friendly? Thinking of going up there tonight and finding a new anchor-out spot on the way back.

Bob, why wouldn't you have the guys at your marina install it for you???

Happy Birthday Dave.

Torches is not really "kid friendly".

Arrrrrghh.........

That there is funny I don't care who you are! ;)

They were probably too busy placing the buoys in the correct location!

Heading to Liberty Landing Marina this weekend to enjoy the Redbull Airshow. Our son and his friend will be meeting us there and staying on the boat for fathers day and the race. Should be a great weekend with friends, family and air racing.

Glad I asked. Anything up that way that is?

We actually took our kids there last weekend, an eleven year old and two 7 year olds. It was fine, although our kids are pretty well behaved. But there are a bunch of other places right there, I'm sure you will find something.

We take our kids to Torches about once a year since they were 7. We normally sit outside and we never had a problem. There are no clowns or entertainment but there's no over priced menu or waiters in tuxedos either.

I guess "kid friendly" is relative. It also depends on time of day; we went late afternoon/early evening. I wouldn't bring my kids to any waterfront place when the partying crowd shows up.

Mike you are Po-lish! LOL! and not Pa-lish, you know, that wax that makes your shoes shine! Could it be a Cru-ton weekend?

Happy Birthday Dave!

Torches is fine for kids don't listen to Mike, he's old!!!We bring ours kids all the time. They love the giant fish tank.

Rommer, there are two fireworks displays this evening within a few minutes of Liberty, if you want to check them out. We will be out there.

Yea, I guess I should have elaborated on that. I'm not looking for Chucky-Cheese, but I wouldn't take them to Sparks. They well behaved so I think that's what we'll do.

A lot of it depends on how well the parents supervise them...

Race tomorrow, party tomorrow night, freakin Father's Day on Sunday.

i took the ding out to the cove around 3pm, nice number of boats and bikini's.

Thank you all for the Birthday wishes.

Ben I have been bringing my kids there for years. Like since they were kids. There are always kids there just not in the bar. Enjoy and I hope everyone has a Great fathers day weekend.
