I am slated for Friday.

Hopefully get some fishing in on Saturday.
 
When will you actually be ON the water???

My cutlass bearings are out, bottom will be painted on Friday, hull will be waxed on Saturday - I should be floating Monday or Tuesday.

No offense but your hull needs more than wax. You should invest the time and do a buff magic job on it, if you wait on this you will only make it worse.

You gotta get that gelcote back to silky smooth, wax just covers it up. Its really worth the extra day of two IMHO.
 
I got the buff magic, it will be done on Saturday, then polish on top and into the water!
 
That's a lot of work for one day I hope you have some help you will need it. Last year it took me two days with help to buff and another day to polish to the rail. I thought that was good and the hull was in great shape when I started. I expect it to take me about the same this year, but I'm not in a rush I have at least a couple of weeks before I launch.
 
I have my son, we'll get it done in a day.

Congratulations, Butch.

When you get a chance, take a ride to my slip to make sure that Warren's dock box is not in the fairway or my slip.
 
I Think I will wait till they put Warrens boat in.
