Add Dimmer Switch

Have a 1996 Carver 380 Santego. I want to change out the galley light switch from on/off, to rotary on/off dimmer switch. Parts list for boat calls for 12 volt, 10 amp switch.
Does anyone know where I can get one or what else might work?
