A friend heard we were looking for a tender, they said this is a good one.

They sell them in Alameda. A Catamaran if I recall correctly. For use in the Delta and the Bay ... any opinions? Thanks, Dave

Sea Eagle sells an inflatible catamaran which has a good reputation. You can see them on Ebay. I've heard that they are very stable and paddle nicely. I don't know how much trouble they are to set up.

Thanks.

We are looking for the impossible tender. I love the center console Zodiacs, but finding a bargain on one like that is pretty hard to come by.

I like some of the Boston Whalers. If boats were free, I would like a 15 ft BW, so that I can tow it easily. I would need around 85-125hp to get it up to 40mph

Our darned Honda outboard is still not running right. I still have the invoice from Bucks in Sacramento. $300 for nothing. If my back would have allowed it, I should have taken it back to them and asked them to earn their money.

I amy have asked this before, but don't we have someone down there who can climb in my dinghy and drive it for a few minutes...or half hour and get the idle down? I hired one guy but as he was arriving he told me he didn't know much about Honda Outboards. I told him to just go back to the shop, I am not paying $100+ an hour for someone to OJT.

Sorry to be a pain ... I just can't remember if we have anyone like that at WB. We hope to get down to the boat Saturday, but they are cutting the stitches out of my mouth Thur. so I may not be fit company for man nor beast.
