I think lil red truck is the proud new owner, is that correct?

I can see it from the train....that distinctive canvas top is easy to pick out and it's moored on the track side. I've always been curios about the YYC, how is it inside? Are the people friendly? I picture it being a bunch of cops and firemen and blue collar workers...is that true? If so, it must be a great place to party.

That's her!
The marina itself is a bit tight and needs to be dredged (it's in the works). It's a working club, evidenced by the stubborn paint still on my cuticles.
A mix of ppl, some blue collar, some degreed professionals, and a few degreed people that found that they prefer craftsman or public service employment over office work and the rat race. Generally a nice helpful bunch. And, yes, they can party.
Give a holler, Walshie and I'll take you down there.

Al's old boat managed to get out of the slip without hitting a blessed thing, thru the debris field south of the TZ...again without hitting a blessed thing, up to Croton where she had some down time on the hook, and back to the YYC and into her slip... Without Hitting A Blessed Thing!!! First time out with just us two. Beginner's luck? I'll take it.

No luck, beginners Skill....Glad you where able to get out and ejoy the weather as well as the new boat...

That boat refuses to look bad and hitting something would cause it to loose face.

Honora, Glad to hear all went well with your trip this weekend. This is just the begining of many good times for you two. We look forward to seeing you on the river..

Thanks Al, and to you also Butch... hope you're right Butch...and that you're feeling better.
