We are planning to cruise from West Islip LI to the Peekskill area this weekend in our new to us 1987 Silverton 34X. Here is my newbee quesiton: If I understand the tide charts, we want to be at Weehawken at 10am or later on Sat and 11am or later on Sun to run with the tide up to Peekskill. Am I correct?
Where would you stop to get gas on the way up? Is it cheaper on the NJ side just like the car gas stations?
