America's Cup

Was able to get out for an hour this afternoon to watch some of the America's Cup practice on the Bay. Was windy with some fog, perfect sailing day on the Bay!

I posted some pictures I took in the Ask the Captain forum.

Couple more days until the racing starts!

I was thinking about going out on opening day just for the heck of it, even though I don't know much about sailing. Being on a thursday, Hopefully it won't be too crowded.

Thursday is just opening cerimony, no boats in the water as far as I know. Friday has parade and time trials

I imagine most of the Opening Day activities will be dockside......
