You hit the nail right on the head when diagnosing the reason our Raritan Head was not flushing. We ordered the new pump wall from BoatFix and it was delivered within three days. We just got back from a wonderful weekend on the boat with both heads working. When we opened up the macerator area to see if the old pump wall was chewed up or damaged. much to our surprise there was nothing there. No chips, chunks or any other residue showing that there had ever been a pump wall installed. This head has never worked properly since we bought the boat 6 years ago. It worked, but not well. Well - thanks to your advice it's working like gangbusters now. We're actually afraid to stand too close when we flush for fear we will be sucked in. (Just kidding.) Thanks again so much for your advice and this, most certainly, has convinced us to never, never let our membership in Boatered lapse. Happy boating. H & J
